We'd like to offer a warm welcome to our new league coordinator Ms. Katherine Thiesenhausen. Katherine is a new member of the Manitoba Wildlife Federation and this year we have managed to snatch her up to coordinate the fishing league! She'll be working hard this season, keeping track of teams and scores and all the rest. Katherine can be reached at 633-5967, or you can email her if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks to a generous donation of 7 fishing rods with reels we have draw prizes this year!
Every youth who registers with a Fishing League Team has a chance at winning one of the fishing rods. Once their registration fee has been received their name will be placed in a draw for one of the rods. There will be one draw for each of the rods. With 7 rods that’s seven chances to win! The draws will all be held on the same day in early June. The final draw date is to be announced shortly.
Remember, the registration deadline for Fishing League Teams is May 17, with fishing starting May 24th so don’t delay!
