Board of Directors The MWF Habitat Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors. Board members are selected and appointed to provide the Board with a variety of skills combined with a demonstrated commitment to preservation, maintenance and development of Wildlife Habitat. In addition, the Board strives to have its members from various regions of Manitoba. The Board is comprised of up to fifteen directors. One director is designated as an Adminstrative Director who is responsible for managing the day-to-day affairs of the Foundation. Two directorships are reserved for the Manitoba Wildlife Federation's President and Vice President of Conservation. One director is reserved for Ducks Unlimited Canada.
